Fishly ships Live Animals Monday through Thursday with the exception of holidays.
Fishly ships all other goods Monday through Friday with the exception of public holidays.
Live Animals are shipped using NZ Courier overnight delivery service.
Cost of shipping:
Shipping costs are flat rate.
Live Fish North Island (Non-Rural): $25.00
Live Fish South Island (Non-Rural): $35.00
Plants & Dry Goods: $7.99
This covers the cost of Overnight Delivery, Polystyrene Box and Heat Packs.
We do not charge extra for Rural Deliveries; however our arrive alive guarantee may not apply here.
Tracking my package:
The customer will receive an email with tracking information as the package is packed followed up by an email confirming the Courier has collected your package.
Arrive Alive Policy:
Live arrival guaranteed on all orders that arrive during their acceptance/delivery date. If live animal shipments are lost or delayed by the carrier, we may be unable to offer any reimbursement and your local New Zealand Couriers should be contacted directly.
What to do if fish do not arrive alive:
In the occurrence of your fish not surviving its journey, please get in contact with us immediately.
We require at least 3 clear photos/videos of the fish in the unopened bag within 2 hours of arrival. These can be sent via our Contact Page, Facebook Page or Emailed to Fish@Fishly.co.nz
Fishly does not take responsibility for any issue that may occur due to the customer entering the address wrong.
Reimbursement is to the discretion of Fishly and may be in the form of replacement product and/or store credit.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
