Shipping Policy

Fishly ships Monday through Friday with the exception of Public Holidays.

Live Animals are shipped MONDAYS using NZ Post overnight delivery service.

Shipping costs are:
Live Fish North Island (Non-Rural): $30.00
Live Fish South Island (Non-Rural): $55.00

Live Fish Rural Delivery: Additional $5.00

Plants & Dry Goods: $8.99
Free Shipping on Plants & Dry Goods over $99.00

Pick up available from Tauranga Fish Club Meetings. You can email after purchase to confirm this.
Meetings take place the first Tuesday of every month except January 6:30-8:30pm.

Tracking my package:
The customer will receive an email with tracking information as the package is packed followed up by an email confirming the Courier has collected your package.

Arrive Alive Policy:
Live arrival guaranteed on all orders that arrive during their acceptance/delivery date. If live animal shipments are lost or delayed by the carrier, we may be unable to offer any reimbursement and your local New Zealand Couriers or New Zealand Post should be contacted directly.
