Arrive Alive Policy:
Live arrival guaranteed on all orders that arrive during their acceptance/delivery date. If live animal shipments are lost or delayed by the carrier, we may be unable to offer any reimbursement and your local New Zealand Couriers or New Zealand Post should be contacted directly.
Dead on Arrival Policy:
In the occurrence of your fish not surviving its journey, please get in contact with us immediately.
We require at least 3 clear photos and/or videos of the fish in the unopened bag within 2 hours of arrival. These can be sent via our Contact Page, Facebook Page or emailed to email@example.com.
Fishly does not take responsibility for any issue that may occur due to the customer entering the address wrong or contact information.
Reimbursement is to the discretion of Fishly and its staff members.
Reimbursement will be in the form of store credit to be used with in 12 months of receiving the credit.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
