Can I order a product not in stock?
Yes, dry goods that aren't in stock are usually only a 2-3 day wait.Â
Plants are subject to availability at the farms and are dependent on seasonal changes.
Fish are subject to availability but with many sources of Live Stock, we have a great selection available to order in.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are flat rate.

What happens if my fish or plants dont ship well?
On the off chance your live goods dont arrive alive, we have you covered!

What days do you ship?
For Dry Goods we ship Monday-Friday with the exception of Public Holidays. On average, these are usually shipped within 3 hours of you placing your order!
Fish & Plants are shipped Monday-Thursday (with the exception of Rural). This is to ensure your Fish & Plants do not sit at a courier depot over the weekend.
Can we request a delivery day?
Yes, you can leave a note when placing your order with a day you'd like your items to be delivered. You can also Contact Us to make delivery arrangements.
Do you deliver to Rural Addresses?
Yes, Rural Delivery can take an extra 24-48 hours to deliver.
For Live Fish, we recommend making contact with us and arranging for you to collect from your couriers depot.
How long does it take to ship my fish?
After your fish are packaged and collected by the Courier at 5pm, your fish are generally delivered before 10am the following day.Â
